Cancellation of purchased courses is possible, if you have not accessed more than 10 pages / 10 clicks / 10 minutes in a course from the time of purchase.  This will be verified by analysing the log. Option will be given for adjusting with another course(s) of interest. If not suitable, refund will be done after deducting Rs. 200/- (two hundred rupees).

Cancellation of registration for live lectures is possible, provided the cancellation request is received 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the lecture. However, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500/- will be deducted. The amount will be refunded upon deducting the cancellation charges as applicable. 

To process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account, it will take 5-10 working days from the date of refund request.
